Axe throwing is an easy sport to learn. Our instructors are experienced axe throwers and will teach you proper technique to keep you safe and having fun. It is our goal to make sure everyone gets the hang of throwing an axe and has a memorable time.
Enjoy a night out with the guys, girls or family! Looking for a fun bachelor/bachelorette party idea or even a new idea for birthday parties? Axe throwing is a safe and fun activity for everyone! Axe throwing is also a great team-building activity for your church group, sports team or company! Walk-ins are welcome, but we do recommend reserving your spot online to guarantee availability.
All axe throwing participants must be 10 years of age or older. Ages 10 – 14 must be accompanied by a parent for supervision. Participants 15 and up do not have to have supervision with them at all times. Although there is a strength restriction and if any of our staff feel the minor is not strong enough to throw the axe safely, they will not be allowed to do so. Safety is our top priority.
What should I wear?
Closed Toe Shoes
Closed toe shoes are required for your safety. If your axe slipped out of your hand, we want your feet to be protected. Wood chips also fly off the target, so you could easily get splinters if you do not have on closed toe shoes.
Comfortable Shirt
Be sure to wear a shirt that is comfortable. You will be making overhand throws, so test if your shirt allows you to do this. You do not want to wear one that is too tight to constrict your motion.
Walk-In Axe Throwing
Walk-ins will be setup in our open throw area and will share lanes with other participants. Walk-ins will be charged for a minimum of 1 hour open throw for each guest. Our coach will set you up in a lane and give you your initial instructions and tips.
We do recommend reserving your lane online prior to arrival to ensure your spot! We also offer group events where you can book for a party or special event.
